• Can you schedule pick-ups and drops according to the hospitals?

Of course. We collaborate closely with all NHS and private hospitals as well as care homes at all times.

• How many trained professionals will be present with the ambulance?

You will have 2 trained staff members at your service. You can also have a loved one travel by your side to make your journey less stressful.

• Are there designated hours at which the ambulance can be called?

No. We are on-the-move 24/7 and offer same day service. So, you can count on us at any time.

• How can I reach out to my family during travel?

Our ambulances come equipped with a mobile phone to make your travels even more convenient.

• How much will a private ambulance cost me?

There is no fixed price. The cost is determined by various variable factors like location, time and mileage. The quotation will also be personalised according to your requirements.

• What is your area of operation?

Our staff members, as well as ambulances, are distributed all across the UK.

• What can I carry with me while travelling in the ambulance?

For greater comfort post your ambulance journey, you can take with you 2 suitcases and a carry bag. Due to health and safety reasons please call us if you have more belonging than afore mentioned.

• Do we need to get extra food/nutrition for the drive?

Only if you wish to or if it is necessary. Otherwise, we also provide water onboard the ambulance.

• Do you have toileting facilities on board?

Yes. Keeping absolute comfort in mind, we have emergency toileting facilities within the ambulance itself. But, we can also halt whenever the patient feels so.

• Do you have air conditioning and heating on board?

Absolutely. Temperature control is sometimes one of the most important aspects of a journey. So, we ensure every vehicle has functioning air-conditioning as well as heating facilities.
